The advanced course Energy & Climate addresses professionals, graduated academics and PhD students. The course is organized by IMDO (Institute of Environment & Sustainable Development of the University of Antwerp www.ua.ac.be/imdo) with support from MWH (www.mwhglobal.com). High level experts on the various topics are teaching in english and discussing with the students (limited to 35 participants). The course is very intense and covers:

1. Energy & Climate Change: Facts, Concepts and Policies
2. Energy use technologies & Methods for analysis and decision-making
3. Energy use optimization
4. Renewable and Distributed Energy Resources
5. Sector Cases: Industry - Buildings - Transport - Agriculture & Biofuels

Students can submit and present a paper before a jury for obtaining a certificate.
